Before the Trip
Create the trip online and add the pupils attending. Direct data from your MIS system.

On the day
Hand out lanyards with beacons attached to each child.
Open the app and select the trip.
Register each child’s beacon to their name (optionally take a quick photo to note clothing/appearance for that day).

Start & monitor
Tap Start Trip. If a child moves beyond the set distance from your phone, you receive an audible alarm, vibration, and on-screen alert showing which child is out of range.

Short-range precision
Beacon transmits a unique signal every second. The app constantly measures the signal strength to estimate distance between the child’s beacon and the supervising phone.
